How do you vet the cleaners?

 

Firstly we carry out a telephone interview. If the cleaner applicant has potential and relevant cleaning experience we then arrange for a more thorough interview to take place in their own home. Only after taking proof of ID and address along with references do we consider cleaners for our database.

 

What if my house cleaner can't make it, or is sick?

 

You can bank the hours or we will provide you with a cleaner to cover.

 

Will I have to be at home when my cleaner cleans?

 

No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys.

 

Do I have to supply cleaning materials?

Equipment and materials can be arranged however on the whole cleaner/s do not carry their own materials as the majority of our domestic clients prefer to choose the substances used in their homes. Furthermore equipment being used at multiple homes can potentially become somewhat unhygienic. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach cannot be used.

 

Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?

 

Yes, of course, we have a good and varied cleaner base, just contact us.

 

Do you have insurance cover?

 

Yes, £1,000,000 public liability insurance.
